COVID-19 has brought about a world that is very different to the one that preceded it. Governments across the globe have mandated laws and controls over people that are contrary to the very idea of the sanctity and dignity of individual freedom. This has been done based on a pandemic that was declared on the grounds of a flawed testing system that abandoned the methods of rigorous science and standards applied to testing programs previously used for highly infectious disease. The application of this testing system also appears to have been adjusted so as to enable the most alarming narrative of crisis during 2020 and later, in 2021, altered in an attempt to paint a positive image of the effect of vaccination. Most cases for respiratory diseases peak in winter and drop in summer. This happened for COVID-19 in 2020 when there were no vaccines; when it happened in 2021 vaccines were heralded as the reason for the drop. Overall, deaths from COVID-19 appear to have been significantly over-reported and policies put in place that have undoubtedly led to tens of thousands of unnecessary deaths many of which may have been falsely attributed to the virus. Policies were implemented that led to economic, physiological, and psychological damage with detrimental effects on quality of life, morbidity, and mortality that will continue to have a significant impact for many years. The popular media have proven themselves incapable of real journalism or critical scientific reporting, instead choosing to obey and support government diktats helping to form a mass psychosis which shows no sign of ending; it is a mass psychosis that resembles those preceding historical atrocities.
Large swathes of the public are accepting entirely novel vaccines that are already associated with higher adverse events and deaths than all previous vaccines combined. They are being coaxed into swallowing the narrative that they are safe and effective despite plenty of evidence to the contrary and a complete absence of medium and long-term data on either safety or efficacy. Those who show concern about these new vaccines are labelled ‘anti-vaxxers’ even though most are merely trying to assert a preference about what is inserted into their own bodies. A decision which is irreversible. Most are not trying to dissuade or prevent others from getting a vaccine if they wish and many have no issue with traditional vaccines at all. The trope ‘anti-vax’ is a childish and disingenuous creation of the childish and disingenuous popular media. Smart people should avoid using it.
One of the most shocking outcomes of the pandemic is that it has led people to willingly subject themselves to being tracked and monitored electronically and to freely permit the government to restrict their movement, activity, and freedom of association with others. Freedoms that, in the past, millions have died to uphold and protect. People who are not infectious are being imprisoned in their homes or locked up against their will in quarantine centres, not on demonstrable or irrefutable evidence of infectivity, but on the premise that there is a small chance that they might be carrying a virus. A virus which as of August 2021, has a low fatality rate and from which most people either do not get sick or only have mild symptoms, recovering fully without any treatment, and going on to develop robust and broad immunity. Yes, many have died and, as with deaths from any cause, this is a sad and tragic loss. However, we all must face the eventuality that both we and our loved ones will, at some point, die from something. The question is whether the life we had before our demise was joyful, fulfilling, and worthwhile or whether it was fearful, timid, and servile.
Those suffering from government sponsored mass psychosis are already being positioned to support totalitarian forced-vaccination policies and centralised electronic vaccine passports. If implemented, they are likely to morph into a combination of an electronic global identification system combined with a geo-located electronic tagging system that can monitor movements, associations, activities, and biometrics with capabilities vastly beyond the coarse applications deployed in 2020 and 2021. Dissidents are being defamed, censored, and persecuted regardless of the veracity of their arguments which are dismissed, maligned, and smeared rather than engaged with in honest and open debate. Protest is being violently suppressed and mostly unreported, or is deliberately mischaracterised when it is. All the warnings and lessons from history appear to have been forgotten…again. When the amnesia wears off it may be too late.
